• Verifying identity to maintain marketplace integrity.
• Processing authorizations and payments via Razorpay.
• Facilitating transfer of ownership (RC Transfer) documentation.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share necessary details only with:

• Verified Sellers: Upon winning an auction, your contact details are shared with the seller to complete the transaction.
• Service Partners: Insurance or Warranty providers, only upon your explicit request in the Action Center.
• Legal Authorities: As required by Indian law (IT Act, 2000).

4. Security

All sensitive data is encrypted. Payment details are handled directly by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure; Apex does not store card numbers.
